Placing Orders
- Customers can order our products through many ways by telephone, fax, post and through our online facility.
- Once you place an order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email detailing what you have ordered.

Order processing
- We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 to 14 working days from receiving the order.

Techno Aromatic aims to provide customers with all necessary documentation including test and quality certificates. Please note as a start up order we will send free samples of any type of oil. Natural products sometimes give off unusual odours due to a variety of environmental factors. These variations do not affect the value or the quality of the product.

Prices
Essential Oil prices may vary from time to time due to factors beyond our control. Therefore our prices may alter without any notice.
Shipping & Handling

Customers can choose their own shipping company at their own cost or they can use our contactors and cost will be calculated before dispatching the order. We will inform you about the total cost in advance.

It is your responsibility to check with the relevant authority in your country the import duty and any tax you should pay for the importation of our products, please note that such charges may be collected on import or at the final delivery point.

All sales are final no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Once the shipment has been given to the shipper the order is the responsibility of the customer and the shipper, Techno Aromatic is not responsible for non delivery or for any charges pertaining to non delivery, if the shipment is not accepted by the consignee all charges and return shipping charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers should check the goods carefully on receipt and report any damage or missing item to the carrier and Techno Aromatic within 48 hours of receipt of shipping.
- We do offer free shipping on large orders.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return
- Please check your order carefully upon delivery and report any damage before signing for receipt of order.

Techno Aromatic will be happy to offer refund, exchange or replacement of any order because of an error on our part. We will pay for the cost of returning the goods and cost of reshipping.

Techno Aromatic will send the replacement order after receiving the return goods which must be returned by a secure insured shipping method, Techno Aromatic are not responsible for non delivery of return shipments.
- In case of refund Techno Aromatic will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Payments
- For the first order, payment should be paid in advance before the despatching of the product.
- We accept bank draft and bank transfer to our bank account in Egypt, Cairo.
- Credit facilities can be arranged.
